While Aravali Hospital was known for its healthcare services, its branding and communication within the premises didn’t reflect the modern, caring brand they aspired to be. Lack of visual consistency and outdated signage create confusion and dilute the patient experience.
We stepped in to unify Aravali Hospital’s entire visual and communication ecosystem. From signage to directional boards and department branding, we gave every touchpoint a consistent, clean look. We created a detailed brand guideline that defines how Aravali should look, feel, and speak, ensuring every message was not only visible but aligned with the hospital’s core values. The goal: make the hospital experience less stressful and more streamlined, from check-in to check-out.

About the project
Hospitals are sensitive spaces. Our job was to bring calm, confidence, and clarity to people during what can be stressful moments. Working with Aravali, we learned how much thoughtful communication and design can support healing and calmness. It was a project that mixed strategy, empathy, and design, exactly our kind of work.
